QA – Game Tester Night-Shift
Are you passionate about video games and quality assurance?

IT Support Technician
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st & 2nd level support for company users, analyzing and resolving possible causes
of hardware/software problems on a wide variety of devices (PC Desktops, PC Laptops,
MAC computers and laptops, Linux PCs, Smartphones, Consoles, Handheld consoles,
Printers) - Configure, assemble, disassemble and perform general maintenance on Computer
Systems - Install, configure and perform general maintenance on a wide variety of Operating Systems
(both desktop and mobile) and software programs - Relocating user workstations
- AD user administration, Security group management
- Perform basic network configurations and troubleshoot basic networking issues
- Manage Helpdesk tickets and follow-up with other support staff, raise issues to the next level of support
- Enter data into various databases, including IT Service Management System
- Perform user configuration in various databases, like Redmine, TestLink, etc.
- Perform inventory of various Hardware and Software assets

Requirements:
- Good spoken and written English is mandatory
